All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with prior notice to existing clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with RNTM services agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or account information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services

5. Telecalling Services

For telecalling services, clients must:

• Provide accurate contact databases and ensure they have obtained necessary consent for outbound campaigns
• Comply with all applicable telemarketing regulations including Do Not Call (DNC) registry requirements
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Indemnify RNTM against any claims arising from content or campaigns provided by the client

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services shall be as per the agreed terms in individual service agreements. General terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing clients

7. Confidentiality

RNTM commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during service delivery. However, we may disclose information when:

• Required by law or legal process
• Necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RNTM, our clients, or others
• With client consent for specific purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the exclusive property of RNTM. Clients may not:

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in individual contracts. RNTM reserves the right to immediately terminate services if:

• Client violates these Terms and Conditions
• Client engages in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Client fails to make timely payments
• Continuation of service poses legal or reputational risk to RNTM

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

13. Modifications to Terms

RNTM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
